Sessions:

Sessions are 45 minutes, often one day per week. The fee per session is $225.  

Insurance:

Sara McCullah, LCSW-R, does not accept insurance. If you would like to use your out-of-network insurance benefits, you will be provided with a receipt of services that you may submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement.  While many insurance companies recognize out-of-network reimbursement, not all do.  Please contact your insurance company to verify out-of-network coverage for mental health services.  Flexible spending is also accepted.

 Cancellation Policy:

There is a 48 hour notice of cancellation requirement. The full fee will be charged if there is failure to notify.
